Man-Made Problem, Man-Made Solution (Post 8/30)

In a world filled with an increasing number of community cats, where can we lay the blame? The answer is Man.

It was Man who failed to spay and neuter their pets, and then abandoned them to the streets. Left to fend for themselves, they began to form colonies to survive and breed. They quickly increased in numbers, all because of Man.

Man could have changed this scenario by being responsible and using spay and neuter, a humane way to reduce the number of cats, but many chose not to - a choice again made by Man.

People like to blame the caretakers for this issue, but feeding the cats is the humane thing to do. We need to put the blame clearly where it belongs - on Man.

So now what? Man has created this issue; Man has also created a solution - TNVR (trap-neuter-vaccinate-return). It reduces the number of cats humanely. The question now is: if man has found a solution, why does he have such a problem using it?
